My aim is provide a safe place for women to exercise in a way that’s good for their post-partum body.

I would love to have a whole community of women who have done something for themselves, whether that's starting with Buggyfit or joining our Fit & Strong classes post school run or in the evenings.

  • Absolutely! Life is ever-changing, and so are your needs. You can switch between memberships to align with your evolving fitness goals. Just let me know what adjustments you need, and we'll make it happen.

  • Of course! Your well-being is a priority. If life gets a bit hectic or circumstances change, you can pause or cancel your membership. It's about making fitness work for you, not the other way around.

  • Absolutely! Just sign up to our emails for the code!

  • For a successful workout, bring along your enthusiasm, suitable clothing, a water bottle, and an exercise mat for floor work. Before your first class, I'll send you a detailed email with everything specific to the class you've chosen, ensuring you're well-prepared and comfortable.

  • Yes, immerse yourself in the beauty of outdoor fitness! All our classes take place in the great outdoors, providing a refreshing and invigorating backdrop for your fitness journey.

  • Congratulations on your new addition! You can join our BuggyFit class a minimum of 8 weeks after giving birth and once you've received the green light from your GP. We prioritise your postpartum well-being and ensure a safe return to fitness after this significant and transformative period.

  • We understand the incredible journey of postpartum recovery. In our sessions, we focus on rebuilding core strength and overall fitness, all while creating a nurturing environment where postpartum women can regain strength at their own pace.

  • Absolutely! We understand the juggling act of parenting. Our classes are inclusive, and many of our participants have older children. We provide a supportive and understanding atmosphere, allowing you to prioritise your well-being while accommodating family responsibilities.

Classes

  • I bring a wealth of expertise to my personal training and outdoor fitness classes. I hold certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, including an Active IQ Level 3 Award in Supporting Pre and Postnatal Clients with Exercise and Nutrition, Active IQ Level 3 Diploma in Gym Instructing and Personal Training, and an Active IQ Level 2 Certificate in Gym Instructing.

  • Welcome to my fitness sanctuary! Training happens in my purpose-built boutique studio nestled in the heart of Wymans Brook, on the northwest side of Cheltenham. It's not just a space; it's a supportive environment where you can embark on your fitness journey.

  • Absolutely! My Personal Training sessions are crafted with care to support and empower you during this incredible journey of pregnancy. I bring specialised programs and my own certification to ensure your workout is not only effective but also a safe and nurturing experience for both you and your little one.
