What qualifications do you have?
I bring a wealth of expertise to my personal training and outdoor fitness classes. I hold certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, including an Active IQ Level 3 Award in Supporting Pre and Postnatal Clients with Exercise and Nutrition, Active IQ Level 3 Diploma in Gym Instructing and Personal Training, and an Active IQ Level 2 Certificate in Gym Instructing.
Where does training take place?
Welcome to my fitness sanctuary! Training happens in my purpose-built boutique studio nestled in the heart of Wymans Brook, on the northwest side of Cheltenham.
How do I know if I’m ready to start exercising?
If you feel physically ready to move and have received guidance from your healthcare provider where appropriate, you’re likely ready to begin.
Our classes are designed to support women at every stage — whether you’re pregnant, navigating postnatal recovery, returning after a long break, or simply wanting to build strength and confidence.
Everything is adaptable to your current level. Exercises can be modified, progressed, or scaled back so you always work at a pace that feels safe and appropriate for your body.

Sophie is a qualified personal trainer with specialist training in pregnancy and postnatal exercise, supporting women at every stage of motherhood.
Postnatal recovery doesn’t have a time limit — whether you’ve recently had a baby or 20+ years ago, rebuilding strength and confidence is always possible. Sessions are tailored to your goals and body with a female-first approach designed to support long-term health.
